Shelby Smith-Wilson is the founder of The Fendall Collaborative and a certified executive coach based in the DC Metro Area. She has served in senior diplomatic and crisis response roles across the U.S. government and beyond. Shelby coaches both accomplished professionals who are ready to lead and leaders who need clarity. She is available for coaching, crisis management consulting, and speaking engagements in the United States and globally.
Belinda Jackson Farrier
Belinda Jackson Farrier is the founder of Sweetgrass Advisory Group and an executive coach and speaker based in the DC Metro Area. Her career has spanned senior diplomatic and crisis-response roles, including overseas missions and at the State Department Operations Center. Belinda works with executives and organizations seeking to strengthen their global leadership capacity. She is available for coaching, advisory work, and speaking engagements in the United States and internationally.
